MXGA & Mission

MXGA is Comprised of 3 Companies

  1. MXGA Inc.
  2. James Douglas Dawson - Insurance Agent
  3. Planeación Operativa, S.C.

These sister companies were formed with three principles in place. The partners knew international insurance , particularly the Mexican market. There was a need for fresh and professional risk management alternatives in the growing Mexican insurance market. There were opportunities resulting from the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

We are privileged to be the Mexican insurance broker of record for various U.S. Fortune 1000 companies that do business in Mexico. Many of our client insureds come to us through their U.S. or Canadian retail insurance broker.

MXGA Inc.

MXGA Inc. (Irving, Texas). MXGA manages the placement of insurance products and services in Mexico for U.S. multinational corporations, most often in situations where the headquarters of the insured takes an active role in the risk management decisions over the exposures in Mexico. MXGA Inc also has a web portal which American and Mexican agents access to secure cross-border products i.e. US/Canadian trucks, buses, motorcoaches, and recreational vehicles entering Mexico, US/Canadian corporate private passenger vehicles entering Mexico, Church and mission group coverages, US/Canadian origin cargo entering Mexico, as well as foreign registry aircraft entering Mexico. MXGA was formerly known as MexGen or MexGenAgent.

  • To build the highest quality and most trusted professional insurance and bonding intermediaries for NAFTA insurable exposures.
  • To provide exceptional service for all of our corporate clients, demonstrating that our experience and handling insurable risks in Mexico is unmatched.
  • To provide our corporate clients with optimum and stable insurance/risk management innovations at the right price.
  • To bring insurance products and related services to the burgeoning Hispanic community in the United States and Canada, through modern communications methods.
  • To be there for all our clients in the event of loss and also to serve them as a cultural, linguistic and commercial - not to mention insurance- bridge in North America.
  • Therefore we can handle your insurance or bonding needs south of the border, whether you want full brokerage service or cross-border coverage on a particular product. From our office on the east side of the DFW airport, we provide a single point of contact so that at any time you can speak with someone who knows how to handle trans-border and NAFTA risks. Dallas is the geographic center of North America and indisputably the NAFTA gateway. Furthermore, from our DFW office we can reach our Northamerican clients by airplane in less than 3 hours, thereby honoring the international insurance tradition of face to face negotiations.
